Littleton High School Girls Varsity Soccer Team receives 13th straight national Team Academic Award
The team is one of only five in Colorado to receive this honor
The Littleton High School girls varsity soccer team has received the National Soccer Coaches Association of America " Team Academic Award" for the 2011 spring season. The LHS girls soccer team is one of only five in Colorado to receive this honor.
According to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, teams must have a composite team grade point average of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale for all team members who appear on the official eligibility roster for the season in order to be considered.
This is the 13th straight year that head coach Terry Banfield's teams have received this award.
