Gender Specific 9th Grade Math

The Littleton High School math department will be implementing gender specific classes for 9^th graders enrolled in Integrated Algebra Geometry 9. We will be offering one all boys class and one all girls class.

Littleton High School is a comprehensive suburban high school located south of Denver, Colorado, USA. LHS has a 100+ year tradition and is comprised of grades 9-12 with a student body of approximately 1550 students. LHS offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, Advanced Placement courses, 24 varsity sports and 33 clubs/activities.

LPS is pleased to announce the availability of its 2008-2009 Annual Report to the public. Every year, school districts in Colorado report their performance to their communities, based on requirements in Colorado Accreditation Rules and the No Child Left Behind Act.

The report includes goals, objectives and plans for improvement. Specifically, you will find district improvement goals and the progress we’ve made toward those goals, as well as information regarding the following:

Colorado Growth Model
CSAP results
Other LPS testing results
No Child Left Behind (AYP, teacher quality, post-secondary readiness)
