Schedule adjustment opportunities are available just before a semester begins. The dates and times for schedule adjustment are advertised through the parent newsletter. Once a semester begins, ADDING OR DROPPING COURSES AND OTHER SCHEDULE CHANGES ARE DISCOURAGED. This policy minimizes class disruptions and maximizes the possibility of success for students.
Counselors and advisors will review individual cases in the event of serious extenuating circumstances, i.e., a student acquires a physical disability, experiences a personal trauma, has medically documented evidence of illness, was erroneously placed in a course (Lacking a prerequisite or adequate preparation), etc.
