Students who wish to participate in Division I and II college athletics must register with the NCAA Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse.
Students must submit the Student Release Form, a final high school transcript, and ACT or SAT scores.
Student Release Forms are available in the Guidance Office.

Attention: All prospective student-athletes first entering a collegiate institution on or after August 1, 2008, who want to play NCAA Division I or II intercollegiate athletics.

To be considered a qualifier at a Division I or II institution and be eligible for financial aid, practice and competition during your first year, you must:
Graduate from high school.
Use the highest scores achieved on the verbal and mathematics section of the SAT or highest scores achieved on the four individual test of the ACT combined to achieve the highest scores.
Have the corresponding ACT sum or SAT total scores needed:

Present a minimum grade-point average in at least 16 core courses in the following areas:
English--four years
Mathematics--three years (Algebra I or higher)
Natural or physical science (including 1 lab course, if offered by any high school you attended)--two years
Additional course in English, mathematics, or natural or physical science--one year
Social science--two years
Additional academic courses (in any of the above areas, foreign language or non-doctrinal religion/philosophy courses)--four years
