What is IBPO?

The IB Parent Organization is a very active volunteer parent group that supports IB students, parents and teachers in the following ways:

* Hosting monthly informational meetings that explain the various components of IB and the prorgram at Littleton High School. These evenings often include panel discussions with current, or recent, IB students, parents, and teachers. (See the meeting schedule below.)

* Gathering parent donations and funding teacher grant requests for field trips and other experiential learning opportunities, curricular materials, teaching enhancements and the like.

* Coordinating social events such as the annual Ice Cream Social for incoming 9th graders and families, occasional parent socials, an Extended Essay celebration for seniors, and the annual IB Senior Picnic.

Donations from the IB community help to support these, and other, activities throughout the year. Parents can get involved by joining IBPO and donating to help support students and teachers.

These meetings are for current IB students and parents at Littleton High School.
